The Grand Rapids Downtown Development Authority Board meets Wednesday, September 12, 2018.
The meeting begins at 8:00 AM in the office of Downtown Grand Rapids Inc. at 29 Pearl St. NW.
The Board will consider:
- A partnership with Friends of Grand Rapids Parks to plant more trees and grow the urban canopy.
- Funding to develop an asset management plan for Lyon Square set for renovation in 2019.
- Supporting the construction of a new hotel at 10 Ionia.
- A grant to support the construction of a new mixed use building at 12 Weston.
