Downtown Grand Rapids Inc. (DGRI) seeks proposals to build a temporary skate, scooter and bike park in Downtown Grand Rapids. The park will open in the early summer of 2020 to help activate the Monroe North pop-up park. Proposals must cover the design, build-out and construction, maintenance, events and programming.

The successful bidder will work in partnership with DGRI, the City of Grand Rapids and community partners to complete the project build-out by August 31, 2020, and events by the end of September 30, 2020. The contract awarded will be between the successful bidder and the Downtown Development Authority (DDA).

Proposals are due May 25, 2020, at 5:00 PM EST.
